The hotel is situated in a convenient location close to shopping malls and the city center, making it ideal for tourists who love to explore new places. the rooms are well-maintained and cozy, with clean and fully functional bathrooms. the staff offers prompt and friendly service, making guests feel comfortable and welcome. the breakfast spread is delicious and caters to different dietary needs, with plenty of variety available to choose from.
The hotel needs to improve its housekeeping services as some guests noticed stained linen sheets and curtains that were hanging loose from the rails.

The hotel provided clean linen and the security guards were always present to assist guests with excellent hospitality. the location was ideal for exploring nearby tourist attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being near shopping malls and the city center. The service provided was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping taking care of all our needs. The airport shuttle was convenient and made our travel stress-free. The in-room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The mini-bar and sitting area added to the comfort of our stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our time here.
